The compliance requirements for a business would vary depending on the type of entity, industry, date and state of incorporation, number of employees, profits and turnover.
Annual compliance:
- Limited liability Partnership (LLP): LLPs have to maintain their financial year as April 1st to March 31st. They are required to maintain proper book of accounts and get the accounts audited based on the turnover and contribution.
